Every truffle scramble is still built the way it was in 2016 → buttery curds, black truffle, thick sourdough. Every flat white still pulled to order. Every burrito still slow-cooked overnight. We started with one idea [a café you could actually rely on] → four locations later, the kitchen still runs on the same rules.
